Partner orientation training

This is a top down programme that starts with WHY. Exploring why the organisation has embarked upon this journey to be a channel business. What this means for the business in terms of planned expansion and growth, but also the corollary of commitment to the partner community. How does the change impact the business dynamics and where the impact of everyone’s actions or lack of is felt.

We will be taking a step outside the business and we will be encouraging time spent in seeing through the eyes of the partners. We’ll also invest time in ensuring that partners are fully understood, including their ambitions and motives. We’ll also investigate the importance of positive language and respect for the relationship.
